July 2002 - MTV news reports former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach pleaded guilty to a charge of marijuana possession at his hearing in Middletown, New Jersey on Monday. His other charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault and making terrorist threats were dismissed, partially because the bartender whom he allegedly shoved and threatened failed to appear in court. Bach was given a conditional discharge, which means if he has no additional charges for the next six months, he'll receive no punishment. With the plea though, his earlier insistance that "the truth will become known" won't... at least in a court of law
