. Oct. 9 2006 - HOLLYWOOD - Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter has slammed ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton for being reliant on marijuana, and he insists she even resorted to stuffing her teddy bear with the drug when she traveled abroad.

Earlier this month, the socialite furiously denied being in possession of cannabis after British newspapers printed images of the socialite inadvertently displaying an incriminating sachet inside her bag. Her publicist maintained the bag merely contained tobacco.
Carter says, "She relied heavily on drugs and drink to give her confidence in the bedroom and was more often than not too wasted to even perform.
"I lost count of the nights I had to pick her off the floor and drag her to bed passed out.
"If she was going overseas she'd cut a hole in her teddy and stuff it with cannabis. She had to have her own private stash with her at all times regardless of the consequences."

Oct. 9 2006 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - Celebutante Paris Hilton has brought down the wrath of President George W. Bush after her makeup kit was photographed holding what appeared to be a baggie of marijuana. The incriminating image, taken at a Dolce & Gabbana catwalk show in Milan in late September, was first published by England's Daily Mail
The alleged herb was clearly visible to those sitting near Ms. Hilton in Milan, but she either did not notice or didn't give a big rat's ass.
President Bush, however, did.
"We cannot have role models like Ms. Hilton flaunting the drug laws of our allies in the war against terrorism," said Mr. Bush, noting that earlier this year Italy had approved a law that not only increases sanctions against people who smoke marijuana but also puts the drug on a par with cocaine and heroin.
What, O what can it be?
"Ms. Hilton will have more than the pavorattis waiting for her the next time she visits a rap club," the president added.
Ms. Hilton's publicist, Elliot Mintz, said there were any number of "perfectly reasonable" explanations for the presence of the baggie in Ms. Hilton's bag.
"Maybe she had a prescription for medical marijuana from her doctor," said Mr. Mintz. "Maybe Shanna Moakler or Zeta Graff put it there. Or maybe Paris brought it with her from Amsterdam, where pot is legal."
"Yeah, and maybe she picked up Willie Nelson's makeup bag by mistake," snorted one of Ms. Hilton's friends.
"Hello! Everybody knows Paris is a head. She reads High Times . She's seen Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle two dozen times. The clocks in her screening room, her video game room, and all the closets in her house are set to 4:20."
Another source close to Ms. Hilton said much of her odd behavior—the vacant expression, the minor fender benders, the 1:00 a.m. trips to In-N-Out Burger—can be explained by her fondness for chronic. What's more, the Dolce & Gabbana photo is not the first one in which sticky icky and Paris Hilton appear in the same frame.
In June, Ms. Hilton was seen smoking kind bud in a one-hitter outside a Los Angeles nightclub. That same month she was also spotted toking on a roll-up at a party in Miami hosted by rap mogul P Diddy.
On both occasions, Mr Mintz insisted: "I just want to get something clear with you. Paris Hilton rolled her own tobacco cigarette because she left her regular brand in her hotel suite. That was tobacco you saw her smoking."
October 2005 -Paris Hilton has been cleared of allegations she offered teens alcohol and marijuana before taping a segment of her reality show THE SIMPLE LIFE: INTERNS.
During an episode of her show, Hilton reportedly offered teens marijuana and bourbon to "loosen them up" for a taped segment.
Lawmen in Baltimore, Maryland, recently confirmed that they were looking into the accusations, which could have seen the hotel heiress imprisoned for and fined if she was found guilty.
But Baltimore police have reportedly found no evidence to substantiate the claims.
When the allegations initially broke, a spokesman for 20th Century Fox - the company behind The Simple Life - stated, "Paris would never endanger the welfare of a minor."

British newspaper the 'News of the World' claims to have a tape showing the 'Simple Life' star smoking cannabis and being intimate with two different lovers.
The 23-year-old blonde writhes in the back of a car with her ex-boyfriend Nick Carter in one scene, and is then seen answering the door naked to model ex-boyfriend Jason Shaw.
In the video, Hilton reportedly jokes, whilst puffing on a cannabis joint, "Paris Hilton part two: how to roll a joint!"
A source tells the newspaper, "Paris knew she was being filmed but didn't care. She'll do anything to make sure all eyes are on her."
Just months ago a separate tape featuring Hilton having sex with ex-lover Rick Salomon was released.
