It appears Britney Spears will celebrate her 24th birthday without a buzz and without her hubby Kevin Federline. The couple has separated, at least temporarily, and K-Fed has moved into the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to several published reports.

The pop tart reportedly went off once Kevin allowed marijuana in the house with baby Sean Preston.

Word is Brit lost it when a pot-packing pal of Federline's showed up at their house.
"Britney turned around and fired two of her longtime security guards for letting what she called 'the weedman' into the house," a source tells Star magazine. "She just seemed crazy with anger."
Spears is said to have become exasperated with her hubby's well-documented partying since the birth of their son, Sean Preston, 11 weeks ago. Federline, whose hobbies Spears finances, has brushed off her pleas that he see a therapist, according to insiders.

Britney Spears was spotted in an Amsterdam coffeeshop in May 2004, where paparazzi scored cuddly photos of Spears with her now-husband, back-up dancer Kevin Federline.
They were also seen having a toke or two with friends at "De Bulldog" coffeeshop at the Leidseplein tourist trap.
