22 Augustus 2009 - Country legend Willie Nelson has been a passionate  marijuana connoisseur for many years.  But smoking all those 'fatties' on the tour bus does not seem to influence his health much.

"I'm real lucky," the 76-year-old country legend told LA Times. "My health is as good as it's ever been. My lungs are in good shape, and there are lots of people all over the world wondering how that could be, like Michael Phelps."

LA Times says the cannabis warrior let out an infectious laugh at the not-so-subtle reference to his celebrated affinity for
 pot and the Olympic swimming champion's troubles after photos of him inhaling from a marijuana pipe surfaced this year. "So I'm in good health and I appreciate it.
