22 Oct 2009 - Comedian Andy Milonakis was spotted entering a Hollywood restaurant last tuesday. As he was entering he held in his hands a bag full of what appeared to be marijuana.

The news comes as little surprise, as the comedian has been a staunch advocate of pot for some time, and has been photographed many times showing off his collection of bongs and other marijuana-related paraphernalia.

At the end of the evening, the MTV star was approached by a homeless man when already in a cab. The homeless man then showed the paparazzi what he had gotten from Andy.

Later on Andy posted on his Twitter account "I just gave weed to a homeless man in front of paparazzi, what was I thinking?"
