8 March 2009 - British novelist Julie Myerson, who wrote of son's cannabis problem, smoked pot. The novelist Julie Myerson who evicted her marijuana-smoking son then penned a book about it, has admitted to smoking joints. Myerson, who wrote The Lost Child, about son Jake, said the feeling of being stoned was 'very nice.' The award winning author and commentator claimed Jake, plunged the family into "trauma" after becoming hooked on the potent 'skunk' form of cannabis. However, Jake, 20, who was thrown out of the family home by his parents over the schism, hit back branding her "insane" and saying her claims were "obscene".
