Jun 21 2005 - NEW YORK - Marijuana possession charges against "Desperate Housewives"teen actor Cody Kasch will be dropped a year from now as long as he doesn't get into any additional trouble, a judge decided Monday.Kasch, 17, who plays Zach Young on the ABC television series, was arrested on May 17 in Manhattan's East Village after plainclothes police officers allegedly spotted him smoking cannabis in public.Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Evelyn Laporte ordered Kasch to come back to court on June 20, 2006, at which time the fifth-degree drug possession charge will be dismissed if he has not had any further arrests.
