16 Aug 2010 - Miami Heat forward Udonis Haslem was arrested Sunday for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in Miami-Dade County.
According to Miami-Dade court records, Haslem was charged with possessing more than 20 grams of marijuana, a third-degree felony which could bring maximum punishments of a $5,000 fine and a five-year prison sentence.
Haslem was released on bond shortly after 10 p.m.
12 Aug 2010 - Famed fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger’s son, Richard Hilfiger, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell after he was pulled over and cops found weed in his car in West Hollywood over the weekend.
The 20 year-old rapper, whose stage name is Rich Hil, was promptly arrested and charged with one felony count of possession of pot for sale. After spending only one night in jail, Rich Hil was released on $20,000 bond.
24 July 2010 - Legendary actor Dennis Hopper told Empire magazine, in what was to be his last ever interview, he appreciated the social aspect of getting high in a group. When asked if he regretted taking drugs, the super star replied: “No, not really. As much as drugs can do bad things, they can also bring people together,"
In the interview Hopper also revealed he used to hang out with actor Steve McQueen and moviemaker Sam Peckinpah to smoke cannabis with them. "Back in the 1950s, two of my best friends in Hollywood were Steve McQueen and Sam Peckinpah, simply because they were the only other guys I knew that smoked dope," recalled the star.
17 July 2010 - Just weeks after the pot incident at the South Africa 2010 World Cup, Boulevard blogger Perez Hilton reports that imperium heiress and celeb stoner Paris Hilton has been caught with marijuana again.
According to the local French press, Paris Hiton has been found at the Figari airport in Corsica to be in possession of "cannabis". The reports say she was found to be in possession of less than a gram and released in 30 minutes.
Paris was taken to the police station but no charges were pressed against her because of the low quantity of drug.
3 July 2010 - One of our favorite celeb stoners, Paris Hilton was arrested yesterday at the World Cup match between Brasil and te Netherlands after one of her friends was allegedly caught with marijuana. Paris appeared in court last night after South-African police detained leaving the soccer stadion.
South African police were forced to quickly apologise after one of her entourage was blamed for having the cannabis.
