14 May 2011 - Rock singer Sebastian Bach was arrested for marijuana possession in New Jersey, his second drug arrest in seven months. Police discovered the cannabis after they pulled over the former Skid Row frontman for "failing to keep right" while he drove on a New Jersey highway early Tuesday.
The 43-year-old was charged with possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released on bail and will perform a concert Thursday night in Pennsylvania.
16 Nov 2010 - Ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach was arrested by Peterborough Lakefield Community Police early Monday after an altercation at a downtown bar but that was just the start of his troubles.
Shortly after the 42-year-old appeared in a Peterborough courtroom charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief, Toronto cops picked him up and drove him back to the city on a 2004 warrant.
Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge. Bach is expected to appear in a College Park courtroom on Tuesday.
July 2002 - MTV news reports former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach pleaded guilty to a charge of marijuana possession at his hearing in Middletown, New Jersey on Monday. His other charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault and making terrorist threats were dismissed, partially because the bartender whom he allegedly shoved and threatened failed to appear in court. Bach was given a conditional discharge, which means if he has no additional charges for the next six months, he'll receive no punishment. With the plea though, his earlier insistance that "the truth will become known" won't... at least in a court of law.
