6 April 2013 - Niall Breslin better known as Bressie, Irish musician and coach on the first season of The Voice of Ireland is discredited for saying he's 'absolutely pro-legislation' stating that "stress will kill you, cannabis won't."

According to NewsTalk.ie, the Europe Against Drugs (EURAD) group has described Bressie’s views as "highly irresponsible" and "misguided".

The 32-year-old singer  spoke to Hot Press recently and gave his opinion about the pot debate. He said "he’s "never been uncomfortable in the company of someone who's high on marijuana"."Saying [marijuana] can lead to other drugs is the weakest, most pathetic argument. The ‘gateway’ thing has been totally disproved. It makes so much sense to tax and regulate it.”, he added.

31 March 2013 - Rapper Lil Twist and a friend of his are staying in Justin Bieber's Calabasas mansion while Justin is touring Europe. In absence of Justin, Lil Twist and friends threw a party where the beer was flowing and the house was filled with marijuana fumes. 

The pictures TMZ obtained from he party show a large hookah pipe with multiple hose attachments on a table, some beer bottles as well as the hard stuff. One of the people who attended the party told the tabloid she left just before 2 AM and it was still going strong, with music blaring and cannabis filling the air, but fortunately none of the neighbors complained.

Earlier this year in Bieber was in the midst of a marijuana controversy  when photo's of him  holding a blunt where shopped to media outlets. Lil Twist was the alleged blunt roller at the time.

The Calabasas mansion isn't the first thing Lil Twist has borrowed from Bieber lately: in January, the young rapper was driving the singer's Ferrari when a paparazzo following the car was struck and killed.

23 March 2013 - Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member Stanley "Flesh-N-Bone" Howse works together with a medical marijuana facility in Otisville, Michigan, to cultivate and distribute a new strain for patients in the area.

The partnering between Flesh-N-Bone and Anthony Butler owner of the Green Oasis dispensary arose after the owner of a company that specializes in marijuana-themed clothes (which Butler used to work for) put the two in contact following a discussion about who might like to get involved in the medical marijuana industry.

They worked very close together  to figure out what they wanted out their new variety. The strain called "Phifty Caliber Kush,", has a distinct floral taste and works as an effective pain reliever. "It's the best of the best," said Butler.

The grammy award winning rapper hopes the new strain can provide relief for qualified patients and he's proud to be a part of a "paradigm shift in the culture" of medicinal marijuana. The Green Oasis may also start selling merchandise and it's possible Howse might visit the dispensary in the future.

21 March 2013 - In the book Connecting Dors, Jason Dors Lake the son of Diana Dors and Alan Lake tells of a celebrity upbringing, which was full of wild drug-fuelled parties.

Diana Dors was an actress, and the English equivalent of the blonde bombshells of Hollywood, her husband Alan Lake was an actor as well. They lead a wild life together, filled with drugs, orgies and parties. The showbizz parents seemed to be oblivious the effects this might have on their son.

Jason recall’s  waking late one night and finding his father in the middle of a drugs party with friends.  Jason said “I want a funny candy too,” as he saw something that looked like a giant white jelly bean being handed round and everyone who put their nose to it laughing like a drain.

“Let the lad have some fun," and “Here, take a sniff of this,” the guests said, breaking open the jelly bean to release a white smoke. He still isn’t sure what it was but he remembers laughing until his tummy ached. Jason learned early on that if he pestered long enough, his parents would eventually give him what he wanted.

16 March 2013 - Justin Bieber interrupted his european tour for a whiff o Dutch culture last week, when he embarked on a little Amsterdam excursion.

The 19 year old singer unexpectedly attended a hip hop party at music venue De Melkweg but, reportedly, walked off after ten minutes because the club refused to seat him and his party on stage, next to the DJ's.

According to onlooking Amsterdammers the teen superstar then visited a coffee shop named Easy Times where he was seen smoking a joint and eating a cannabis laced 'space cake'. 

A weekend in the Dutch capital is hardly going to improve his bad boy image, following his difficult week. It appears the star was in search of some relief after his difficult week and when picking up some chips he appeared relieved that no fuss was made.

The last two weeks Bieber fell into disrepute when he started his London show two hours late,  cancelled his shows in Portugal and attacked a photographer.
