The 23-year-old, known for his role as the kidnapped child in the 1996 Mel Gibson movie Ransom, ran into another vehicle while changing lanes yesterday and appeared impaired when a police officer arrived on the scene.
He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested. Brawley was booked and bail was set at $5,000.
